Stan Doida is an associate in the Business Transaction group at Berenbaum, Weinshienk & Eason, P.C. His practice focuses on corporate and securities matters including, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, business formation, state and federal securities compliance, and corporate finance. Mr. Doida has represented clients ranging from emerging growth companies at the seed stage to publicly traded companies.

Mr. Doida obtained both his law degree and MBA from the University of Colorado. During business school, Mr. Doida emphasized his studies and experiences in the areas of entrepreneurship, management, and finance. Additionally, he is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Mr. Doida also sits as a board member on the University of Colorado’s Entrepreneurial Law Advisory Board.
