Mr. Miller’s practice is centered in the real estate area, but also includes general business and financial matters. His real estate practice includes real estate financing for institutional lenders providing construction and permanent financing for commercial, retail, and multi-family projects which are located locally and in various real estate markets across the country. FNMA cited Mr. Miller for his expertise and professionalism in his representation of a FNMA-designated lender making multi-family permanent loans under the FNMA program. Mr. Miller also serves as special counsel to a suburban municipality. He assisted them in redevelopment of a former 50-acre downtown shopping center into a mixed-use transit oriented development which has become a model of new urbanism development. Most recently, he represented a group of lenders refinancing the redevelopment of a 10 block area in central Denver.

Mr. Miller is an active member of the Denver community. He served as President of his Congregation, continues as a member of its Board of Directors, is Chairman of the Board of a private high school and, for the past several years, has been the President of his 150-member homeowners association.

Mr. Miller began practice with the Firm after graduating cum laude from Columbia University Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He was born November 25, 1940.
