Mr. Leder has been with the Firm since graduating from the University of Denver College of Law where he was Editor-in-chief of the Denver Law Journal and a member of the Order of St. Ives. During that time, his practice has included all facets of real estate law, including the representation of borrowers and lenders, landlords and tenants, and purchasers and sellers of real estate. He has represented a major homebuilder on assembling approximately 3,000 acres of vacant land, drafting covenants controlling the development of this land, negotiating agreements with local government agencies, and providing general representation to the homebuilder during this process. Mr. Leder has also represented property owners with the development of projects financed through tax credits, conduit financing, and loans insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
